NEW DELHI — The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released the complete list of bank holidays for September 2025, with up to 15 closure days across different states. These include festival holidays, state-specific observances, and routine weekend closures.
Key Highlights
♦ Banks to remain closed on second and fourth Saturdays and all Sundays.
♦ Digital services such as mobile banking, UPI, ATMs, and net banking remain operational.
♦ Physical banking activities under the Negotiable Instruments Act will not be available on these days.
